Our Ticketing Policy
Please read carefully – conditions of sale:
- For Dr. Suess' How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, no children under age 3 will be admitted except during 11 a.m. performances. Everyone must have a ticket.
- Everyone must have a ticket for admission. Children under the age of five (for performances other than Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas!) will not be admitted.
- All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or retroactive discounts.
- In the interest of patrons and artists, latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated only during intermission.
- Copying any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is prohibited.
- All artists and programs are subject to change without prior notice.
- The Old Globe will not assume liability for items left behind on premises.
